POETRY OPEN CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS.

Calling all poets and translators! This is your chance to contribute to a new literary journal that will emphasize both Portuguese and English language poetry, and translations of Portuguese and English poems. Please submit your work to us, on or before April 15, 2026, using the form below.

The Lisbon Literary Review welcomes submissions of original poetry in Portuguese and English, and translations across those two languages. All submissions must comply with copyright laws, publishing regulations, and principles of responsible authorship. The Review will not accept work generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). All submissions will be subject to tools for the detection of AI content. In the case of translations of third-party works, the translator must provide the Review with proof the translation is authorized for publication in the Review. Such authorization may consist of the express permission of the original author or the current rights holder, or of a confirmation that the work is in the public domain.

Esta é a tua oportunidade de contribuíres para uma nova revista literária que vai dar ênfase tanto a poesia em língua portuguesa como inglesa, bem como a traduções de poemas portugueses e ingleses. Podes submeter os teus trabalhos, até 15 de abril de 2026, através do formulário abaixo.

A Revista Literária de Lisboa aceita submissões de poesia original em português e inglês, bem como de traduções entre estas duas línguas. Todas as submissões devem cumprir as leis de direitos de autor, os regulamentos de publicação e os princípios de autoria responsável. A Revista não aceitará trabalhos gerados por Inteligência Artificial (IA). Todas as submissões serão sujeitas a ferramentas de deteção de conteúdos gerados por IA. No caso de traduções de obras de terceiros, o/a tradutor/a deverá fornecer à Revista prova de que a tradução está autorizada para publicação na Revista. Essa autorização pode consistir na permissão expressa do autor original ou do atual detentor dos direitos, ou ainda na confirmação de que a obra se encontra em domínio público.
